Debbie Gatt

Debbie has a combined consultancy and major Systems Integration background with extensive experience in programme/project management, business strategy and transformation design,  benefits and value realization and delivery of complex projects. She has been responsible for the design and implementation of shared service centres, redesign and implementing operational processes and organisation wide cost reduction programmes. Debbie is a LEAN Sigma practitioner and coach and also trained in Business Transformation and Change methods.  She has been involved in a number of sectors including Comms, Energy & Utilities (Smart metering organisation design and processes) and Financial Services.
